Good understanding of loan processes, documentation, and eligibility criteria. ✅ Vadodara Market Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the Vadodara local market, businesses, and clients. Existing network and connections in Vadodara and nearby areas will be an advantage. ✅ Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Proactive in generating new clients and business leads. Ability to maintain and grow relationships with existing clients. Experience in working with DSAs, CAs, and brokers to source leads. ✅ Communication & Presentation Skills: Clear and confident communication in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English. Strong convincing and presentation skills to explain loan products effectively. ✅ Target-Oriented Approach: Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Active in fieldwork with a result-driven attitude. ✅ Documentation & Basic Tech Skills: Knowledge of preparing loan files and verifying basic documents.
