Gati Jobs is operated by I.T Center Pvt Ltd. This Cancellation Policy applies to Gati Jobs Premium Membership, also called FTP Package Premium Job Membership.
Membership Cancellation
Gati Jobs Premium Membership is a one-time digital subscription for 365 days at Rs.499, inclusive of GST. It does not auto-renew, so no recurring cancellation is required.
Users may stop using premium features at any time. Stopping usage does not automatically create a refund unless the case is eligible under our Refund Policy.
Digital Service Delivery
Premium access starts after payment confirmation and internal verification. In most successful payment cases, activation is completed within the same working day. If activation is delayed because of a technical issue, users can contact support.
No Physical Delivery
Gati Jobs Premium Membership is a digital platform service. No physical product will be shipped or delivered.
No Employment Guarantee
Payment is for premium platform features, not for obtaining a job. We do not guarantee employment, interviews, salary, selection or placement. Hiring decisions are made independently by employers.
