Gati Jobs is operated by I.T Center Pvt Ltd. This Refund Policy applies to Gati Jobs Premium Membership, also called FTP Package Premium Job Membership.
Paid Service
The current premium membership price is Rs.499 for 365 days, inclusive of GST. It is a one-time digital platform subscription and does not auto-renew.
Payment is for premium platform features, not for obtaining a job. We do not guarantee employment, interviews, salary, selection or placement. Hiring decisions are made independently by employers.
When Refunds Are Available
- Duplicate payment for the same user and same membership period.
- Payment was debited but premium access was not activated because of a technical failure.
- Accidental payment reported before premium access is used or activated.
- Failed transaction where the amount was debited and not automatically reversed by the bank or payment provider.
When Refunds Are Not Available
- Subscription has been successfully activated and premium features have been used.
- User expected guaranteed employment, interview, salary, selection or placement.
- User provided incorrect account, contact or payment information.
- Refund request is raised after the valid membership period has ended.
Refund Timeline
Eligible refunds are normally processed within 5 to 7 business days after verification. Bank or payment-gateway settlement time may vary depending on the payment method.
How To Request A Refund
Email support@gatistvam.com with your registered mobile number, payment date, payment amount, transaction ID or screenshot, and reason for the refund request.
